2- Design Drafting (1-2 days): Our artisans diligently craft your line art and send you a preliminary sketch within 1 to 2 days. We'll invite you to review and provide feedback, as we're dedicated to crafting a piece that resonates with you.

3- Unlimited Revisions: At LineAura, your satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to request adjustments until it feels just right — our promise is limitless revisions.

4- Production (1 to 3 days): With your seal of approval on the design, we commence the production phase, which is completed with care within 1 to 3 days.

5- Final Touches & Dispatch: Post-production, your personalised product is meticulously prepared and dispatched with care. For specifics on delivery timelines, our Shipping Policy will guide you.

1. How does the personalized design process work?

Our design process is simple and collaborative. After you upload your photo, our artists create a line art representation of it. We’ll then share a preview with you. You can request revisions to ensure the final product perfectly captures your vision before it’s finalized for production.

2. What type of photos can I upload for personalization?

We recommend high-resolution photos that are clear and well-lit. The subject(s) should be visible with no obstructions. We accept various photo types but find that portraits and candid shots translate beautifully into line art. If you're unsure, our team is here to help select the perfect photo.

3. Do you only draw line art of people and pets?

We specialize in bringing your cherished memories to life through line art, and while people and pets are our most popular requests, our talented artists can work with a variety of subjects. Whether it’s a special place, a beloved object, or a cherished moment, we strive to capture the essence of what's meaningful to you. If you have a unique request, we’d love to hear about it and discuss how we can turn it into a personalized work of art.

4. Is it possible to preview my custom design before I make a purchase?

At LineAura, the artistry begins with your order. As each design is meticulously handcrafted from scratch, we do not provide previews before purchase. Yet, our commitment to your happiness stands firm with endless revisions. We will refine and tweak your piece until it meets your heart’s content, ensuring your absolute delight with the final artwork.

5. I haven't recived any emails after my purchase. What should I do?

After you've made your purchase with LineAura, if you do not receive your design preview within 2-4 days, we recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder first. Occasionally, emails take a scenic route. If your inbox remains empty, please contact us at hello@lineaura.com.

6. I don't have a photo of everyone together. Can you combine them?

Absolutely! Our artists excel at creating composite images. Just send us individual photos of each person, and we'll artfully merge them into a single, seamless design. 1. Do you offer refunds on personalized products?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once a design has been finalized and gone into production. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you during the design phase to ensure you love your personalized item.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Crafting your personalized piece is a journey that unfolds in stages.

1- Design Preview (1-2 days): First, you can expect to receive a design preview within 1-2 days after placing your order.

2- Production (1-3 Business Days): Once you've approved the design, we'll take 1-3 days to meticulously create your final product.

3-Shipping (6-8 Business Days): After production, your order will be on its way to you, with shipping typically taking 6-8 business days.

4. Can I cancel or receive a refund?

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately.

Orders that have not yet entered the design phase are typically eligible for cancellation. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, once the design work has begun or the item has entered production, we are unable to offer a refund.
